This is a much-needed neighborhood “Mom & Pop” style hardware store. I’ve lived here quite a while and I’ve seen them come and go. I hope this one sticks around. It may not have every single thing that the bigger box store have, but I don’t let that stop me from going there first to see what they do have. And I get the impression it’s a small staff, so the same people are there always, which makes for a good sense of continuity and familiarity.

This a good family owned and operated local hardware store. The shop isn't huge, but they've almost always had what I needed and the prices are competitive. They're really good at answering questions and helping customers figure out what they need for projects. When possible it's much better to support small businesses like Chelsea Hardware who are an active part of the community instead of throwing money at a big box store or Amazon.

This place is the best! They’re so friendly and helpful anytime I go in, and they have everything I’ve ever needed for normal apartment cleaning at reasonable prices. They’re also a UPS ground dropoff location which is so convenient. It makes me so happy to support local businesses like this!

Extremely kind employees. They go above and beyond to help you. I was buying a lock, and they offered to show me how to set it up. I was truly impressed, and would go out of my way to shop here again.

They are very organized. Great service, lovely people. I would love to have an account with them, but they don't do Net 30 accounts, only credit card-attached accounts. I love the store; it is pretty loaded with the things you need, such as electrical, plumbing, tools, and whatnot.

This store is a godsend to have in the neighborhood! Had an excellent experience getting keys made here, and have picked up various items since they've opened up for little work around the apartment. Great prices and super nice/helpful folks.
